Guidelines for TCCC Awards Day

  • Co-ordinate date and time with scheduling.
  • Usual cost $70 which includes $5 for prizes for golf tournament. Cash, if
    allowed, or pro shop voucher valid for one year.
  • Verify cost with Pro shop and food & beverage. Arrange menu with f & b.
  • Identify cost of meal alone for non players.
  • Nominate one person to receive the checks (1 check per team plus
    individual checks from board members)
  • Submit information to scheduling and publications.
  • Golf tournament 2 best balls of foursome.
  • Maximum number of players 112.
  • 4 flights ABCD in each foursome. Lowest to highest handicaps for whole
    field then split.
  • Prize money 1st & 2nd in each flight: 112 players $140 total winners $20 2nd place $15; 96 players $120 total winners $20 2nd place $10
  • Winners announced by Pro, prizes handed out by host captains.
  • Meeting for all participants following play and meal.
  • Recognition of board members
  • Cups and prizes to be given out by TCCC board
