Results Guidelines for Cup Results Person
1. If necessary give a result sheet to one captain of each match. Each Club has received blank result forms.
2. Check with host club captain on who the players should return the score cards to after the matches are completed. Relay to captains.
3. After all players are in and the captains have completed the results sheets, make sure the team scores are accurate.
4. Have the club pro or assistant record the scores on the master board.
5. Keep the result sheets for your record and e-mail the final results to the results chairperson after each match.
6. Give the master score board to the captain of the next host club.
